资源简介:
Fusarium proliferatum is an emerging pathogen associated with diverse plant hosts and distributed in wide geographic locations. F. proliferatum is recognised as a major mycotoxigenic species among crop pathogenic Fusariums. The aim of this study is to further our understanding of the genetic diversity, biological variability including fumonisin production, and the genomic architecture in F. proliferatum. We have used collection of 52 isolates representing different hosts and geographic locations. The genome sequence data has been generated for four distinctive isolates. The overall goal is to gain insights into the adaptive evolutionary patterns of this pathogen with reference to its biogeographic diversity.
