artificial reference genome

This reference was made by completing a denovo assembly of a subset of the data using smng (see manuscript text) and all reads were assembled to this reference for variant calling.本参考序列系通过使用smng（详见手稿正文）对数据集的子集完成从头组装（de novo assembly）而生成，随后将所有测序读段（reads）比对至该参考序列以开展变异检测（variant calling）。
