Data used in the paper "Unmasking the physical information inherent to interstellar spectral line profiles with Machine Learning I. Application of LTE to HCN and HNC transitions", published by A&A Magazine. The files contain a set of simulations performed under typical physical conditions found in dense molecular clouds and star-forming regions. Each file includes simulations for five spectral transitions of HCN and five of HNC, corresponding to rotational transitions J=1–0 (~90 GHz), J=2–1 (~180 GHz), J=3–2 (~270 GHz), J=4–3 (~360 GHz), and J=5–4 (~450 GHz). The models explore a parameter space that includes temperatures ranging from 5 K to 150 K in steps of 5 K, HNC/HCN abundance ratios from 0.1 to 1.0 in steps of 0.1, source sizes from 1 to 6 arcseconds in 1 arcsecond intervals, and line widths (∆Vsys) from 1 to 19 km s⁻¹ in 1 km s⁻¹ increments. All simulations were performed considering an LTE model.
