Landscape genomics of Odocoileus virginianus using whole genomes

The project aims to utilize whole genome sequencing data obtained from white-tailed deer (Odocoileus virginianus) within the Greater Everglades region. This data will be used to conduct comprehensive landscape genomic analyses, with a specific focus on comparing whole genomes derived from populations of Florida panthers (Puma concolor coryi) that coexist within overlapping habitats.
