Dataset: Digital Platforms for Social Dialogue and Public Consultation in EU Member States

This dataset provides a structured overview of officially established digital platforms and instruments used for social dialogue, public consultations, and participatory policy-making across European Union member states and selected EU-level initiatives. The dataset includes verified information on national and supranational platforms, their institutional owners, functional scope, instrument types (e-consultation, service & access portals, policy participation tools), and official access links. Only publicly available and verifiable platforms are included; no synthetic or hypothetical data are used. The dataset was compiled as part of a doctoral research project on digital governance in the sphere of social dialogue and is directly related to the preprint “Digital Governance in Social Dialogue: Key Directions of E-Government Development in EU Member States and Implications for Ukraine”. FAIR Statement. This dataset complies with the FAIR data principles. It is findable through a persistent DOI assigned by Zenodo and indexed in OpenAIRE. The dataset is openly accessible without restrictions and provided in a widely used, machine-readable spreadsheet format. Rich metadata describe the scope, sources, institutional ownership, and access links of each platform, supporting interoperability and reuse in comparative public administration and digital governance research.
