Employees who see learning as key to success in their career 2021, by generation

According to a global survey conducted among employees in 2021, the majority of respondents believed learning is a key to success in their career. When looking at different age groups, 76 percent of respondents belonging to gen Z believed learning is key to success. The share of respondents who believed so was lower for older employees.
