Single-Cell RNA Alternative Splicing in Pediatric High-Grade Gliomas Harboring H3.3 K27M Mutations

This dataset contains processed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data and analysis outputs derived from pediatric high-grade gliomas (pHGGs) harboring histone H3.3 lysine 27-to-methionine (H3.3K27M) mutations. The data are based on reanalysis of a previously published dataset by Mario G. Filbin et al. (2018), which investigated developmental and oncogenic programs in H3K27M gliomas at single-cell resolution. This submission does not include raw sequencing data but provides processed results and downstream analyses generated using a standardized computational workflow. The analyses include single-cell level alternative splicing quantification, alternative splicing–based clustering of tumor cells, differential splicing analysis between clusters, and visualization of splicing events at single-cell resolution.
