This data set contains Van Allen Probe A RBSPICE (Radiation Belt Storm Probes Ion Composition Experiment) Level 3 data, with TOF x (Time of Flight) pulse height proton rates converted to physical intensity (counts/(s*sr*cm^2*MeV)). Hydrogen and oxygen fluxes are measured by 6 telescopes in 28 channels from ~0.01-2.0 MeV at low energy resolution and high time resolution in sector order, with spin accumulations plotted at the end of accumulation.
