本数据集的基础数据来源于公司内部生产现场的工时实测记录、工艺人员的经验估算以及同类零件的类比数据,所有原始数据均经过工艺部门评审确认后录入。在数据加工过程中,首先将原始表格中多工种合并列(铣工、车工、钳工、线切割、磨工、带锯)拆分为独立数值列,统一工序编号格式,并对因合并单元格缺失的产品图号和名称按上下文进行逻辑填充。在此基础上,按照“合计=准备工时+各工种作业工时之和×数量”的规则计算每道工序的总工时。同时增加了“批量折算标准工时”字段,计算公式为“准备工时÷数量^0.8+各工种作业工时之和”,其中指数0.8来源于企业历史工时数据的回归拟合。数据输出为包含产品图号、零件名称、材料牌号及规格、工序号、准备工时、六个工种的作业工时、数量、合计工时、备注及批量折算标准工时共16个字段的结构化表格,可直接用于成本核算、生产排程及定额分析。
The foundational data of this dataset originates from the company's internal on-site production time measurement records, empirical estimates from process engineers, and analogous data from equivalent parts. All raw data was entered only after being reviewed and confirmed by the process department. During the data processing procedure, the merged columns for multiple trades (milling, turning, fitter, wire cutting, grinding, band sawing) in the original table were first split into separate numerical columns, the format of process serial numbers was standardized, and the missing product drawing numbers and part names caused by merged cells were logically supplemented based on contextual information. On this basis, the total working hours for each process were calculated according to the rule: "Total Working Hours = Setup Time + (Sum of Operation Hours for Each Trade × Quantity)". Additionally, a field named "Batch-adjusted Standard Working Hours" was added, with the calculation formula: "Batch-adjusted Standard Working Hours = Setup Time / (Quantity^0.8) + Sum of Operation Hours for Each Trade", where the exponent 0.8 is derived from regression fitting of the company's historical working hour data. The data is output as a structured table containing 16 fields in total: product drawing number, part name, material grade and specification, process serial number, setup time, operation hours for the six trades, quantity, total working hours, remarks, and batch-adjusted standard working hours, which can be directly used for cost accounting, production scheduling and quota analysis.
