Development plan Farmsen-Berne 29-Tonndorf 28-Wandsbek 68 1st amendment Hamburg

The Law on the Development Plan Farmsen-Berne 29/Tonndorf 28/Wandsbek 68 of 19 February 1996 (HmbGVBl. P. 24), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 510), is amended as follows: 1.Appendixes 1 and 2 to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Building Plan Farmsen-Berne 29/Tonndorf 28/Wandsbek 68 are added to the Act. 2.The following sentences shall be added to Section 2(5): ‘In commercial areas, retail establishments other than mail-order establishments shall not be permitted. In exceptional cases, retail trade in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing enterprises, as well as businesses dealing with motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally surface-use articles, including accessories, or with building materials, tools, garden tools or other construction and garden supplies, shall be authorised to issue or store those items.’
