Grape is one of the oldest cultivated and most important commercial crops all over the world. Understanding the genetic architectures and characterizing the loci governing agronomic traits of grapevine are important for increasing the breeding improvement. Based on which, we identified agronomic trait loci in grape using GWAS based on SLAF-seq technology in 290 grapevine germplasms and the loci identified in this study can be helpful to screen candidate genes and may accelerate breeding process in grape.
