Comparison of rhizosphere microbial community in Suaeda wetland and Reed marsh of Liaodong Bay

This study is to investigate and campare the microbial communities from different areas of Liao River estuary wetland, including Suaeda flourishing wetlands, Reed marsh zones and Suaeda-Reed hybrid zones. The microbial community structures and functions were revealed by Illumina MiSeq sequencing of 16S rRNA gene amplicons.
