Integrated miRNA and mRNA expression analysis uncovers drug targets in squamous cell carcinoma patients [mRNA]

Expression microarray analyses was used to analyze 35 laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) with reference sample (pool of 5 normal tissue ). A quality control filter was applied based on Feature Extraction flags (empty spaces replacing values) Experiment condition, 35 LSCC and 5 normal laryngeal tissue samples obtained from total laryngectomies were laleled with Cy3 and a pool of 5 normal larynx tissue was labled with Cy3. Samples Cy3 and Cy5 were mixed and hybridized at slide glasses Agilent 8x60k platform.
