The comparative transcriptome of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides with different pathogenicity infecting figs

In order to explore the mechanism of pathogenic variation of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, four group samples, K7, M5, K7-fig and M5-fig were RNA-sequenced. Five inoculated leaves samples of each fig were harvested after 24 hpi and place frozen in liquid nitrogen for RNA-sequence ( K7-fig and M5-fig). Besides, the strains K7 and M5 were collected 0.2g mycelium within 2 mL centrifuge tubes (RNase-free) from each PDA plate above a layer of cellophane and place frozen in liquid nitrogen for RNA-sequence (K7 and M5).
