Code and data for "Signal-performance physics is redundant with structure for predicting realized moth pheromone chemical space: a pre-registered honest-negative and the biosynthetic bound that remains"

Reproducibility bundle (code, curated data, figures, and the frozen pre-registration) for the preprint of the same name by Jasper Ysquierdo. Includes the validated forward biosynthetic enumerator; the SIMPOL.1 volatility, Bossert-Wilson active-space, and channel-specificity oracles; the analysis and robustness suites; the figure scripts; and the gold-curated, primary-cited table of 35 realized Type-I moth pheromone components from 11 genera. Hypotheses and the honest-negative path were pre-registered and frozen before analysis. The analysis is fully reproducible from the supplied scripts.
