Land zone permit - PlanDK

The land zone provisions of the Planning Act contain provisions on subdivision, settlements and changes to the use of buildings and land in the land zone. The main objective of the rural zone regulations is to prevent uncontrolled and scattered settlements and structures in the open country and to preserve valuable landscapes and nature. Municipalities are obliged to report rural zone permits to Plandata.dk. “Section 35.
