To model human somitogenesis in vitro, we developped a 3D model called Somitoid. We performed RNA sequencing on cells from different time points to characterize the transcriptional profiles. Overall design: Samples are either all cells from different time points of differentiation (48h, 66h, 120h), or FACS-enriched cell portions based on differential MESP2 and UNCX gene expression levels; Three replicas for each sample.
