资源简介:
Elevated temperature can significantly alter the microbiome composition of Pacific oysters (Magallana gigas), influencing disease susceptibility. This study investigates the microbial communities of two families (F11N and F14R) of 3-month-old disease-susceptible from biparental oysters, maintained under non-permissive conditions (30C, fed ad libitum). This acclimatation lasted 16 days before infection via cohabitation for 72 hours, with sampling at 0h, 3h, 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h, and 72h. Each sample is a pool of 10 oysters, with three replicates. DNA was extracted, and 16S rRNA metabarcoding sequencing (V3-V4 regions) was conducted using an Illumina MiSeq platform (2x250 bp). The dataset enables the study of microbiome changes under high-temperature conditions.
