This study aims to investigate the anti-inflammatory activity of citrus tangeretin in microglia cells and to find key targets and pathways through differential gene analysis combined with previous network pharmacological analysis. Microglial cells were seeded at 10 cm cell culture dish, and were incubated with tangeretin for 4 h before LPS stimulation for 24 h. The DEGs between Tan group and LPS group were used to screen out the most important targets and pathways.
