NeighborNet graph based on Nei genetic distance

NeighborNet graph based on Nei genetic distance of 37 bovine populations. Breeds belonging to one of the three types :African, European and Zebu, were grouped together. Sets of parallel edges (reticulations) on the NeighborNet graph observed between populations indicate past hybridization events.基于37个牛种群的奈氏遗传距离（Nei genetic distance）构建的邻网图（NeighborNet graph）。将隶属于非洲型、欧洲型与瘤牛（Zebu）型这三大类群的牛品种分别聚类分组。该邻网图上种群间观测到的平行边集（网状结构），可指示该类群既往发生的杂交事件。
