Reasons for 11-18 year olds not to react to shocking content online in France 2018

This survey questioned young French people aged 11 to 18 years old about their non-reaction to shocking or hateful content that they discovered while surfing the Internet in 2017 and 2018. During this period, more than 29 percent of young people questioned admitted not knowing how to answer it. Many also thought that it was not their problem (26 percent) or that answering or reacting to such comments was useless (25 percent).
