Red Blood Cell aggregates flowing dynamically in a two fluid flow shearing system suspended at 5, 10 and 15% hematocrit (H), at different flow rates (Q=35, 20, 10, 7.5, 5 µL/hr). The data are shown for two different samples (#6 and #11) at two different temperatures, T=23°C and T=37°C, respectively. The videos show the detected and labeled aggregates based on their respective sizes under different conditions. Original recordings of the flow are also provided for sample #11 at 5% hematocrit.
