Whole Genome Sequencing of novel pathogenic isolate B.altitudinis from aquaculture metagenomeRohu ((Labeo rohita) is the principal species reared in carp polyculture systems enriched with plenty of proteins (100g of Rohu contains 10g of protein). Packed with Omega 3 fatty acids and vitamins A, B, and C, Rohu Carp has significant economic importance in Asia. In this article, we present the whole genome sequencing of a novel pathogen B.altitudinis isolated from Rohu Carp and DNA sequence level resolution of pathogenicity Islands and Virulence Factors.
