Vehicle Routing Problem with Release and Due Dates Incurring Inventory Holding and Tardiness costs (VRPRDD)

VRPTW R1 datasets of Solomon and E series CVRP cases of Christofides and Eilon (1969) are modified for the given VRPRDD problem. The subset of lower sizes are created from the main datasets为适配给定的VRPRDD问题，对Solomon提出的带时间窗车辆路径问题（Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows, VRPTW）R1数据集，以及Christofides与Eilon于1969年提出的容量约束车辆路径问题（Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem, CVRP）E系列案例进行了修改；同时从主数据集中构建了规模更小的子集。
