Mus musculus Genome sequencing and assembly

Spleen (d0, d5, d10), spinal cord (d10) and brain (d10) were dissected from mice that were immunized with MOG peptide in CFA to induce experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE). Single cell suspensions of spleen cells were resuspended in MACS buffer (DPBS, 2pc FBS, 2 mM EDTA) and further enriched for CD4 T cells using the Dynabeads Flowcomp mouse CD4 kit (Life Technologies). For the d10 time point, cells were pooled from 2 to 3 mice for each sample.
