Cipangopaludina chinensis is an economically important snail species in China, but it is unclear how it copes with starvation stress. We collected C. chinensis samples from the control group (0 days) and three experimental groups (7, 30, and 60 days under starvation stress conditions) to analyze digestive enzyme and antioxidant enzyme activities as well as nutrient metabolism indices.
