Synthetic Employee Records Dataset (SERD)

This dataset contains a set of occupational and identity information of employees of a fictitious company, which includes 6 document files including "certificates", "identification cards", "documents", " letters", "reprimands" ,and "Commendations". The purpose of creating this dataset has been to provide a comprehensive database for use in scientific and research articles because similar data are not easily accessible on the Internet due to the sensitivities associated with personal and identity information. Therefore, this dataset only contains imaginary data. The information in it is all fake, and we also downloaded the employee id card from the fakedownload site. This dataset allows us to provide practical and usable data for scientific research without using real and sensitive information.本数据集包含某虚构企业员工的职业与身份信息，涵盖6类文档文件，分别为证件（"certificates"）、员工身份证件（"identification cards"）、各类公文（"documents"）、信函（"letters"）、训诫函（"reprimands"）与表彰函（"Commendations"）。 本数据集的构建初衷是为科研论文提供全面的数据库支撑。鉴于个人与身份信息涉及敏感性问题，互联网上难以获取同类可用数据，因此本数据集仅包含虚构数据，所有信息均为伪造。我们还从虚假下载站点（"fakedownload site"）获取了员工身份证件相关素材。本数据集可使科研团队在不使用真实敏感信息的前提下，为科研工作提供兼具实用性与可用性的数据支撑。
