Data and Code: Agrochemical effects on plankton temporal variability are buffered at larger spatial scales

Here, we provide the data and code necessary to reproduce the workflow and analysis in: Barbosa et al. "Agrochemical effects on plankton temporal variability are buffered at larger spatial scales". The manuscript is currently under review. We conducted an outdoor freshwater mesocosm experiment to examine how localized agrochemical contamination, across different landscape compositions, influences the temporal variability of producers and consumers in planktonic food webs. The data depicts phyplankton and zooplankton densities along the experimental period. R codes are available to measure temporal variability across scales, run the model analysis and produce the figures included in the manuscript.
