OpenData is the portal of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) for the publication of public data. This data is generated in a reusable way, so that third parties can exploit it through their own services or derivatives. It allows the download of Inventions data in a reusable format (XML, SGML and PDF), open and free. Available download formats conform to World Intellectual Property Organisation standards (ST36, ST32 and ST17). At the moment public data related to Inventions (Patents, Utility Models, European Patent) are available and data related to Distinctive Signs or Industrial Design will be incorporated.
