Shares of respondents reporting no intention, planning to implement, or already adopted each measure in Wave-2020 and Wave-2023. The proportion planning to implement fell on average by 11.6 percentage points (from 25.4% to 13.8%), with the largest declines (≈ 13 percentage points) for raising the electricity meter, installing a pump/drainage system, and fixing water barriers.
