The role of the DRW1 mutation on the gene expression levels in rice grains. [RNA-Seq]

DRW1 controls gene expression contributed to hormone pathway, photosynthesis, carbon metabolism as well as cell division and proliferation . Samples were collected from ZH11 and drw1 grains at 3 days after pollination. Total RNA was extracted using a Plant RNA Kit (RP3302; Bioteke, Beijing, China), and high-throughput RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) was conducted using the Illumina nova6000 platform.
