GWAS summary statistics for left-ventricular traits at end-diastole
These phenotypes were derived from 3D meshes of the left ventricle at end-diastole, which in turn were obtained via segmentation from cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) images from the UK Biobank. It is comprised of 4 traditional cardiac indices and 16 unsupervised phenotypes obtained via shape principal component analysis (PCA).
The 4 cardiac indices are: LVEDV (volume), LVEDSph (sphericity index), LVM (myocardial mass), LVMVR=LVM/LVMVR (ratio of myocardial mass and volume).
