To elucidate the dynamic tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) changes after radiotherapy (RT), we performed droplet-based 5' scRNA-seq and paired scTCR-seq on CD45+ immune cells in the LLC-OVA model in three groups: control group (10 days after inoculation), RT-04 group (14 days after inoculation, 4 days after RT) and RT-10 group (20 days after inoculation, 10 days after RT). Mice received RT (20Gy) at day 10 after the tumor challenge.
