備註:
1.欄位定義：
　(1).公文附件數(A)：係指貴機關電子公文對外發文之所有公文附件檔案數量，包含商用格式、ODF 格式及其他格式。
　(2).商用格式(B)：係指貴機關電子公文對外發文之商用格式(如：doc、docx、xls、xlsx、ppt、pptx)附件檔案數量。
　(3).ODF格式(C)：係指貴機關電子公文對外發文之ODF格式(如：odt、ods、odp)附件檔案數量。
　(4).使用 ODF比例(D)：計算方式 D = C / (B + C)。若 B + C = 0，則此欄位值顯示為 0 且註記無附件。
2.PDF附件不納入ODF計算範圍。
3.若採一文多發方式發文(即同一份公文內有多個受文者)，因只傳送一份文書本文檔(DI)/交換表單檔(SW)，故僅計算一件。
4.若採分繕發文方式(即同一份公文拆成多份DI/SW發送)，則分開計算。
5.代擬代判方式所發之公文以實際發文機關(被授權機關)進行統計。
6.群組單位所發之公文納入所屬之有卡機關進行統計。

1. Field Definitions:
(1). Number of Attachments to Official Documents (A): Refers to the total number of attachment files of the official electronic documents issued by the agency, including commercial formats, ODF, and other formats.
(2). Commercial Formats (B): Refers to the number of attachment files in commercial formats (such as: doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx) of the official electronic documents issued by the agency.
(3). ODF Format (C): Refers to the number of attachment files in ODF format (such as: odt, ods, odp) of the official electronic documents issued by the agency.
(4). ODF Usage Ratio (D): Calculated as D = C / (B + C). If B + C = 0, the value of this field will be displayed as 0 and a note indicating 'No attachments' will be made.
2. PDF attachments are not included in the ODF calculation.
3. If a document is issued in a multi-receipt manner (i.e., multiple recipients within the same document), only one document (DI)/exchange form (SW) is sent, so only one item is counted.
4. If a document is issued in a separate preparation manner (i.e., the same document is split into multiple DI/SW for dispatch), they are calculated separately.
5. Documents issued through drafting and adjudication methods are counted based on the actual issuing agency (authorized agency).
6. Documents issued by group units are included in the statistics of the affiliated carded agencies.
