Investigation on effect of asiaticoside to UV damaged cells

Experimental groups are wild type (WT), UV exposure (UV) and cells were treated with asiaticoside before UV exposure. HaCat cells in UV group were subjected to UVB exposure for 30 min with intensity of 100 mJ per cm2, while HaCat cells in UV + asiaticoside group has a treatment of incubating asiaticoside (30mg/L) for 2h priors to administration of UV. All of samples were collected after UV exposure, and then were used for sequencing.
