This dataset contains transcriptomic raw sequencing data generated from experimental models of myocardial infarction under high-fat diet-induced metabolic stress. RNA-seq was performed using mouse cardiac tissues and/or related immune cell populations to characterize gene expression changes associated with myocardial injury, lipid-associated metabolic stress, immune cell activation, inflammatory remodeling, and potential therapeutic intervention in cardiovascular disease. Sample metadata and file descriptions are provided to facilitate data reuse and interpretation.
