Full baseline questionnaire characteristics by quintile of urinary 6-sulfatoxymelatonin-to-creatinine ratio (aMT6s/Cr) in the Malmö Offspring Study.

This dataset contains the full version of the baseline characteristics table used in a manuscript currently under peer review at The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism. It provides all original, uncollapsed category levels for questionnaire variables across quintiles of urinary 6-sulfatoxymelatonin-to-creatinine ratio (aMT6s/Cr). The main manuscript includes a simplified version of the table to improve readability, while this dataset preserves full detail for transparency, reproducibility, and compliance with JCEM data-sharing requirements.
