资源简介:
This study was conducted to determine the effects of xylo-oligosaccha-rides treatment on intestinal microorganisms in mice with spleen deficiency constipation, mice with spleen deficiency constipation was created by gavaging mice with Senna leaf water decoction(0.8mL/d)for 7 days, then the senna leaves were stopped, and the method of hunger and satiation was adopted. The raw rice was fed 4-8 g every other day, and the free water was drunk once, 0.5 h each time, for 8 consecutive days, a total of 15 days. On the basis of extending the state of spleen deficiency, the constipation model of spleen deficiency was established by controlling diet and restricting drinking water. Mice with the symptom of spleen deficiency constipation were then treated with xylo-oligosaccha-rides by intragastric administration. No-treatment control group and conditional control group mice were given with sterile water. After 7 day treatment, total DNA of intestinal microflora of treated and control mice was extracted, and their quantities were measured by sequencing the V3-V4 region of 16S rDNA. The results showed that xylo-oligosaccharides has the potential to recover intestinal bacteria with non-significantly.
