Special Eurobarometer EB015EP : The European Ombudsman and Citizens' Rights

This survey aims to assess how informed European citizens feel about the Charter of Fundamental Rights and what importance they attach to European citizensʹ rights. This is crucial for the work of the Ombudsman. Only citizens who know about their rights and know where to turn in case of problems can put these rights effectively into use.
