Perognathus inornatus Genomic Resources. Perognathus inornatus

The San Joaquin Pocket Mouse, Perognathus inornatus, is found throughout the San Joaquin and Salinas valleys, and sparsely into the Sacramento Valley. Loss of habitat has led to state and federal conservation status for this species. The samples in this bioproject cover much of the southern range of the species with a focus on the SE edge..
