RNA-sequencing data for a Brucella abortus strains in rich medium (brucella broth) supplemented with either DMF vehicle control (550 micromolar) or vehicle with C12-AHL (~150 nM) or 3-OXO-C12-AHL (~1 nM). Following a 30 minute incubation, cultures were killed and stabilized with 1:1 ethanol:acetone and the RNA isolated using a TRIzol-based extraction.
