Reproducibility data and code for mechanism-disagreement-aware ignition mapping of methanol-assisted lean methane combustion with wet EGR

This record contains the data and Python code supporting a computational study of methanol-assisted lean-methane autoignition under idealized wet exhaust-gas-recirculation conditions. The archived factorial design comprises 2,592 homogeneous, adiabatic, constant-volume reactor calculations spanning 850–1100 K, 10–40 bar, equivalence ratios of 0.6–1.0, methanol energy fractions of 0–0.5, and wet-EGR fractions of 0–0.3, evaluated using GRI-Mech 3.0 and the Burke et al. methanol mechanism. The record includes the complete computational sweep and independent regeneration, paired-mechanism classifications, numerical solver-sensitivity tests, a source-domain shock-tube implementation benchmark, an external laminar-flame trend check, local reaction-sensitivity outputs, group-held-out surrogate-model metrics, literature-screen metadata, and publication-figure source materials. The results represent chemical-kinetics screening maps and should not be interpreted as experimentally validated engine-performance or emissions predictions. Third-party chemical-mechanism files and the original publisher supplementary workbook are not redistributed.
