Dataset on Training for Editors in Quality Criteria and Editorial Processes (2025-2026)

This folder contains datasets documenting training activities for editors on editorial quality criteria and editorial processes conducted between May and November 2025. The dataset includes information on one webinar and twelve Help Desk sessions organized for the Diamond Open Access editorial community. The dataset compiles information on participating journals, their indexing system (Redalyc or AmeliCA), institutional affiliation and country of origin, the number of attendees in each event, and the corresponding ISSN and e-ISSN of the journals. These data provide an overview of capacity-building initiatives designed to strengthen editorial practices and support the development of sustainable, high-quality Diamond Open Access journals. These activities were carried out within the framework of the project “Redalyc/AmeliCA: An Open Infrastructure to Advance Diamond Open Access within a Framework of Science as a Global Public Good”, supported by Arcadia Fund.
