Metagenomic survey and whole genome sequencing of antimicrobial resistant bacteria in Japanese hospital sewage

This project is related to metagenomic survey and genomic epidemiology analysis of antimicrobial resistance bacteria (in particular, carbapenem and/or beta-lactam resistant Enterobacteriaceae) in Japanese hospital sewage.
