Semi-quantitative evaluation of the dynamic PET data was performed with MATLAB R2017b. Regions of interest (ROIs) were manually drawn in the prostate tumor, bladder, gluteal muscle and common iliac artery. The uptake in this region is shown as SUL (standardized uptake value, corrected for lean body mass), for each of the 5 patients in test-retest setting. Time-activity curves (TACs) were generated for the entire dynamic time range.See as well the method section in the publication at PLOS ONE --&gt; Early differences in dynamic uptake of <sup>68</sup>Ga-PSMA-11 in primary prostate cancer: a test-retest study<br>The dataset show the uptake values at different time points, for all 5 patients in test (A) and retest (B) setting. Note that one patient had 2 tumour lesions, one small (S) and one large (L) lesion. In two patients there was no late scan made at scan moment A.<br>

本研究采用MATLAB R2017b对动态PET数据开展半定量评估。感兴趣区(Regions of Interest, ROIs)由人工在前列腺肿瘤、膀胱、臀肌及髂总动脉区域内手动勾画。针对重测范式下的5名受试者,各区域的摄取值以瘦体重校正标准化摄取值(standardized uptake value corrected for lean body mass, SUL)形式呈现。于完整动态时间范围内生成了时间-活性曲线(Time-Activity Curves, TACs)。相关实验方法详见发表于PLOS ONE的论文:《原发性前列腺癌中⁶⁸Ga-PSMA-11动态摄取的早期差异:一项重测研究》。本数据集包含重测范式下全部5名受试者在首次扫描(A组)与复测(B组)中的不同时间点摄取值。需注意:其中1名受试者存在2处肿瘤病灶,分别为小病灶(S)与大病灶(L);另有2名受试者在首次扫描(A)阶段未开展晚期扫描。
