Somatic copy number mutations contribute to fitness in transplantation models of spontaneous human breast cancer metastasis

This dataset contains processed genomic files generated as part of a cancer genomics study, including single-cell DNA copy number profiles and bulk RNA-seq quantification. For each sample, we provide HMMcopy reads files (per-bin read counts used for copy number inference) and HMMcopy metrics files (per-cell quality and normalization metrics such as coverage, mappability, GC content, and breakpoint scores). In addition, we include kallisto abundance files, which report transcript-level expression estimates (TPM, estimated counts, and effective lengths) for the corresponding RNA-seq libraries. Files are named to include sample identifiers (e.g., SA535) and the DLP sequencing chip identifier (e.g., A98282B).
