Data for: Kumasasa (Sasa senanensis) leaf extract metabolomic analysis by CE-TOFMS and LC-TOFMS.

This dataset consists of metabolomic analysis results of compounds name and relative area law data from the Kumasasa (Sasa senanensis) leaf extract. The Kumasasa (Sasa senanensis) plant belongs to the Gramineae family (Graminaeae) and the genus Sasa (Sasa). It is widely distributed throughout the northern part of Japan. The metabolomic analysis such as qualitative comprehensive analysis was performed on substances that had the same peak intensity as the components added in advance as internal standard substances (1,200 substances in the annotation list) via CE-TOFMS and LC-TOFMS.本数据集包含熊笹（Sasa senanensis）叶片提取物的化合物名称及相对峰面积数据的代谢组学分析结果。熊笹（Sasa senanensis）隶属于禾本科（Gramineae）赤竹属（Sasa），广泛分布于日本北部地区。本研究通过毛细管电泳-飞行时间质谱（CE-TOFMS）与液相色谱-飞行时间质谱（LC-TOFMS），对与预先添加的内标物质（注释列表中共计1200种组分）峰强度一致的物质，开展了包括定性综合分析在内的代谢组学分析。
