资源简介:
Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) is a complex and multifactorial condition in obstetrics that significantly affects women's reproductive health and quality of life. Among the acquired causes, antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) plays a leading role due to its strong association with thrombotic and immunological disturbances that impair placental development and function. This thesis is devoted to the study of prognostic factors and the optimization of treatment tactics in women with RPL associated with APS, with the aim of improving maternal and fetal outcomes. The study is based on an integrated clinical and laboratory approach, including the assessment of antiphospholipid antibody profiles, obstetric history, and instrumental monitoring of pregnancy. Special attention is given to the pathophysiological mechanisms of APS, such as hypercoagulability, endothelial dysfunction, and inflammatory processes at the maternal-fetal interface. These mechanisms contribute to adverse pregnancy outcomes, including miscarriage, preeclampsia, intrauterine growth restriction, and preterm birth.
