SI and ZooMS spectra Sesselfelsgrotte and Abri I am Schulerloch (Waters Select Series MRT)

Supplementary Information (SI) for the paper: Wagner et al. Zooarchaeology by Mass Spectrometry (ZooMS) highlights species diversity and late Neanderthal subsistence at Sesselfelsgrotte and Abri I am Schulerloch (Lower Altmühl Valley, southeast Germany), to be published open access in Quaternary International. Data: individual raw data files (3 .zip files with 903 mzML files, representing 297 bone samples and 4 blanks, each spotted in triplicate, organised in 3 MALDI runs (KR73, 74 and 75, run information available as separate csv files)). In three separate folders the merged msd. files are available as well (run name_mds for all three runs). SFG_ASL_Database: excel database listing information on plate number, MALDI run and triplicates (spot location), the identified peptide markers and ZooMS identifications for both Sesselfelsgrotte (SFG) and Abri I am Schulerloch (ASL). Note: All samples were extracted using the Acid (HCl) insoluble ZooMS protocol on a Waters Select Series MRT instrument with MALDI source housed at the Chemical Analysis Facility at the University of Reading.
