THE CHARTER OF DR. E.B. DOBRYI, V.YA.TAUBMAN’S PRIVATE GENERAL HOSPITAL

Under the History of Medical Science Project the charters of the Russian Empire private medical institutions of the early 20th century are made available for the public. The Charter of Dr. E.B. Dobryi, V.Yа.Taubman’s private general hospital was approved by the Saratov Governor in 1907. It was based on the Medical Charter of 1857 (as revised in 1892 and 1905), and showed self-regulating norms applied in the Russian Empire to private medical practice.
